Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
In Canada:
Standard Shipping will take 3-9 business days
Express Shipping will take 1-3 business days
In the US:
Standard Shipping will take 4-10 business days
Express Shipping will take 2-4 business days
*Please note that remote areas may experience longer delivery times
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information and receive updates on where your package is.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship products within the US and Canada. If you’re from another country and are looking to purchase, send us an email at hello@shopdermatech.com and we’ll let you know when we expand to your country!
Where are the orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from the Greater Toronto Area using Canada Post, so your product won't take long to arrive!
